Track Order
Most of our packages are delivered by EMS (Express mail service). After your items have been shipped,tracking information will be emailed to the recipient so that you may track your package, from pick up to its arrival destination.

 

We have provided track links that will lead you directly to tracking services within each respective site. To track your package, copy the tracking number provided in the confirmation email and click the corresponding link located to the left. Next, paste the number in the corresponding box and you will get the imformation at once..

 

If your shipment does not show, try again in 12 to 24 hours. All tracking numbers are transmitted electronically from our location; however it may take several hours for systems to cycle the next tracking update.

 

EMS is a very safe air shipping.Even you don't track it, the item usually arrive in 4 to 7 days.We will help you to track it too.

Shipping & Insurance
We mail most of our packages through EMS First Class and Priority Mail services - with free tracking information. All items are shipped from our location on Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays and weekends. Average delivery time is 7 to 10days from the date of shipment.

If you use sea shipping(SAL), we suggest you add insurance as it takes longre time, higher risk and not trackable.So many things are beyond control.and please be patient to wait the item arrive as it takes one month or more to arrive.


EMS Insurance is optional, though recommended (see chart below). Concering sea shipping items, we recommend you use insurance to secure it. All items are inspected before shipment and carefully packaged. All items that are covered by insurance will be handled swiftly and courteously through our insurance carrier.

Shipping charges

We suggest you buy multiple items to save your cost.In that case , high start fee will be eliminated for each item.Pacakges are calculated by weight, based on actual shipping charges plus a shipping and handling fee to cover tracking, packaging and materials cost.

Q: I've sent two emails and I have not received a reply. How can I contact you?

A: All inquiries are very important to us. As email is our primary means of communication, we attempt to answer every email thoroughly and in a timely manner. It normally takes us 12 to 24 hours to respond, excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays, typical response time may increase 36 hours to 2 business days. Rarely, but sometimes, internet services may be down. Rest assured, we will respond to your email. A: We ship worldwide. EMS enable us to deliver most countries in the world.however the fee will vary due to different location.If you don't find the fee in the listing, email us please.

Q: What is the maximum number of items I can combine in one shipment?

A: Currently, there is not a limit to the number of items we will ship. Multiple items may be shipped at a combined fee as long as they are purchased within the specified time and paid for in one single payment. Each additional item will usually save $ 16.00.However , we recomment you email me the order first.We can offer more discount due to the specified items.
