I hope you take some time to peruse our current offerings on eBay, both in the auction and store format. I try to add something new every day so the listings stay fresh and worth returning to. I have been working on eBay since 1998 and have seen a lot of changes in our online community. In that time I have developed a few policies of my own which seem to be effective in running happy auctions.
- PHOTOS I try my best to give good clear pictures so you can judge the coin for yourself. All photos are unique to that listing- no stock photos ever.
- PROBLEMS I always disclose any issues I can see such as cleaning, damage, etc, even if it is obvious in the picture. If I overlook something I am always ready to admit it. No one is perfect but I would never fail to diclose something I know is there.
- RETURNS I am not interested in making anyone keep anything they are not happy with for any reason at all. Returns are rare but always handled the same day with a complete refund. No hassles.
- AUCTION LENGTH I do not end auctions early unless there is an error in the listing. I get asked to do this several times a day but I think it is unfair to bidders who are waiting to the last minute as well as, frankly, to my bottom line.
- FEEDBACK I believe the responsibility of the bidder is to pay the agreed price. Once I have received your payment I will leave positive feedback for you then, the same day I ship. I do not hold it hostage waiting to see what feedback you leave for me.
