PAYMENT |
Payment must be made within 24 hours of auction close unless we're contacted first and other arrangements are made.
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank Wires. IN ADDITION, we give shipping discounts if BANK WIRES are used.

Items will ship within 24 hours of clearance of payment...Monday-Friday. For same-day shipping, payment must come in before 3:30 p.m. EST
The preferred method is USPS Express within United States, FedEx Expedited abroad. Please, contact us before bidding if there are any questions or concerns about shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Customs charges/Tariffs are ALWAYS your responsibility. We do not charge those, your country does. Hence, we have no control over them. IF CUSTOMS FEES ARE A CONCERN, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING!
IMPORTANT: This applies to all overseas buyers without a CONFIRMED ADDRESS. We will still send you your winnings, but you must upgrade the shipping method to Global Express Guaranteed, which is trackable by more than one service. Otherwise, the transaction is null and void. |

REFUNDS & RETURNS |
All returns are to be sent back within 15 days of receipt. Please allow us 24 hours to process the refund. PLEASE NOTE: If the product is exactly as described, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to your refund (if you choose to exchange your purchase for any other piece in our inventory of equal or greater value, ALL of your refund will be applied to the exchange). If the product appears damaged or mis-advertised in any way, we will refund your shipping expenses both ways in addition to 100% money back.
