| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. We are not happy unless you are. We refund the same way we are paid, minus the postage costs. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We will gladly combine auctions and store items if the buyer lets us know his requirements. We wish to charge you as little postage as necessary. Domestic shipments without insurance are sent by DELIVERY CONFIRMATION by the US postal service. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Our crystal ball is very cloudy now. We have heard of packages arriving in Texas in 4 weeks and overseas in 4 days. Once a package leaves our hands, we have no control over it. Often a package gets stopped in overseas customs. Sometimes an airmail package is sent by seamail. We really have no way to tell when a package will arrive. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Insured mail starts at $ 30 (up to $300 value) and has full customs forms. We are only responsible for packages sent by insured mail. Registered mail costs $16 but covers only about $40 (Internationally)indemnity. It is usually very safe. There is no way to track packages until they are delivered. These are the minimum fees, and go up for weight |

| Q:Why are you using REGISTERED MAIL ONLY for International Shipments |

| A:Several buyers have claimed that their packages never arrived and for $3 want me to prove delivery. This is not possible. The only way to obtain a tracking number for international mail is by Registered Mail (minimum cost $ 16) or Insured Mail (Minimum cost $ 30 with full customs forms). I need to end the disputes and negative feedbacks. |
