We will ship your items together if you prefer to run your bids or store purchases. If you want a combined invoice with the shipping and handling discount then you must ask BEFORE making payment. There will be NO shipping discounts refunded once payment has already been made! How quickly will my order be shipped? We strive to reply to your winning bids or purchases the same day they are won or purchased. Items usually ship within 3 business days of payment received except during the busy holiday season, it may take up to 5 business days depending how many other orders are waiting to be shipped. We ship in the order of payments received by our customers. Shipping times are an estimate and NOT guaranteed!   How long is transit time once item(s) are posted? Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We have NO control over transit time. Note International buyers: International orders may get held up at customs and delay shipment arrival. Can you ship to an address other than my own? Yes, but when submitting your PayPal payment you will need to submit your payment with the address that you want the item shipped to in place of your own address.     How much is shipping? Shipping charges are based upon each individual listing. Almost all listings have a $0.50 discount on S&H after the first item won or purchased. Larger discounts are offered when purchasing several items.   What shipper do you use? We use US Postal Service for all Domestic and International shipments.    Do you offer insurance? We offer insurance on all US orders only. USPS First Class and Priority Mail International is for International orders and insurance is not available. If you are an International buyer and would like to insure your package then you need to contact us before making payment. We will not be held responsible if packages are lost or damaged in transit. We do not insure any International mail unless shipped via Express Mail. Delivery confirmation is included on all domestic mail packages only. USPS does not offer tracking for International mail unless it is registered. Additional cost to register international mail is $10.80, this is in addition to the shipping and handling charge. If you would like to register your package then you must contact us before making payment, so we can add on the addtional $10.80 charge.   What if I would prefer expedited shipping? Please email us to let us know. We will check the cost of the expedited shipment and let you know how much it will be. Then, on your approval, we will add the charge to your invoice before you make payment.     How will signature confirmation help? Signature confirmation means your package will not be delivered until you sign for it. We HIGHLY recommend signature confirmation if you live in an apartment building or anywhere your package will sit outside. We have had problems with packages disappearing once they are delivered to apartment buildings. We will not be held responsible for missing packages that were shipped to the address, but not received. If you would like to add signature confirmation to your package it is an additional $2.35 added to your S&H charge and you will need to contact us before you make payment   Returns What if I would like to return an item?  Returns are only accepted if the item received differs from the item listed. If by rare chance you should happen to have to return an item, notify us first, then mail back the unused item in it's original packaging. Please include a note along with your eBay screen name and item number. Will I be refunded on the shipping to return an item? Yes, we will refund the shipping cost, if you receive the wrong item. How much time do I have to return an item? Items must be returned within 7 days.     FAQ   I do not have a PayPal account, can I use another form of payment? You can contact us at chellee157@aol.com for an answer to this question.   I replied to an email I received from you and did not receive an answer to my question or statement?  I use an automated email service and it clearly states: DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AUTOMATED EMAIL. If you reply to this automated email your message may not be received. Please send all messages via eBay messenger service.   YARN: Are dye lots the same? Dye lots match on each individual lot sold unless specifically specified in the listing itself.   Skeins sold individually We'll do our best to match dye lots when available, but it is not guaranteed when purchasing yarn that is sold separately.   Are books new or used? All books are new unless otherwise specified in listing. NOTE: Even though books are new they may or may not show slight signs of shelf wear.   Can books and patterns be returned? No, books and patterns cannot be returned unless you received the wrong book or pattern.   Are items from a Smoke free environment? Definitely YES!     VISIT the YARN HUT
