 | A: We usually ship within 48 hours after receiving full payment. The transit time will depends on the location. Mostly the transit time will be, Victoria: 2-3 days. NSW, SA, ACT, WA: 3-5 days. QLD or TAS: 5 days or more. *These are only for main cities, if you live in an outskirt area, then it may take a longer time. |

 | A: The postage cost is consisted of packaging, handling and postage cost. Before placing your generous bids, you should have clearly read and understood the terms and condition in the listing, when you place your bid you are automatically agreed to pay the listed cost. |

 | A: In the listing we have stated that payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction. |

 | A: We do replace the faulty item based upon the receipt of the original item given it is not damaged and is kept in brand new condition, within 7 days after the dispatch. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will use internet bank transfer to make refunds only if we am unable to replace the faulty item. |

 | A: Some items (register post) require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office. |
