Payment Terms

Your checkout process is very simple and secure.  The system automatically calculates everything that was on sale except for the combine shipping cost.  We combine that portion of the check out process.  So if you would like to continue shopping and combine shipping on qualified items, please do not check out or pay until you have have added your final item.  Once your done shopping you can email us and request a shipping adjustment.  We normally combine orders on request or within 48 hourrs.   If you have not requested a combine shipping we will do it within 48 hours unless you requested more time to shop.

Checkout and payment must be completed within 7 days of purchasing your first item.  Payment for orders not received within 7 days will automatically be reported as unpaid items to ebay.  Important:   Failure to complete our secure checkout within the stated timeframe may result in a delay in the shipment of your order.  We also don't guarantee that your item will be in stock after the 7 days.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks. Personal Check payments will delay shipment up to 5-10 business days.  If you have an unrgency to receive your item (s) by a specified date we don't recomend this payment method unless you have enough time to spare.

We are also not responsible if your payment is lost or delayed by postal services

Shipping Terms

Buy Me A Toy Company maintains an extensive warehouse of first quality products from some of the leading Toy Companies in the industry.  In addition, we also offer sale products that are shipped to customers directly from our distributers warehouse. However, we house about 80% of our items in our warehouse.  While we make every effort to assure the Items we offer for sale on eBay are not backordered, there may be rare occasions when there will be a delay due to a backorder.  The majority of the backordered product is available in 1- 3 weeks.  If you purchase an item that has been placed on backorder, you will be notified immediately of the backorder date and given the option of waiting for your shipment or an immediate refund if you prefer not to wait.   In most cases, we will refund your item and notify you as soon as it becomes available.  At that time you will have the option to purchase it at the same price or better if it is on sale.

Shipping Cost:  Shipping cost for all item are disclosed in the shipping section of each listing.   All items offer a shipping star number on the description portion.  The star number was design to give our customers an indication of what they will pay for combine orders.  Please click on our combine shipping tab for more information.  Also each listing offers a scroll down tab that will give you the shipping cost to each cutomers destination for  that item alone and any additional items of the same kind.

A note about combine Shipping:  We make every effort to combine multiple purchases to save on buyer's shipping cost.  All items purchased that ship from the same warehouse will be combined for shipping.  Uncombine usually applies for items that consist of one very large item that cannot be included in the same package as the smaller items.  In any case even though items were shipped separately or from different warehouses, you will receive one invoice reflecting  your savings for combine shipping on one invoice.  Unless you want us to send to two different addresses.  If you would like a combine shipping quote prior to making your purchase, please email us your ship to city, state, country and zip or postal code, the item numbers and the quantity of each item you wish to purchase, and we will respond promptly with a quote.  You can also provide us with  just the total number of star of all your items and we will send you a quote faster and just as accurate as if you would have given us the item number for each listing.  The star system was design as a help your self service that focus on giving cusotmers a quick and accurate preview of there shipping cost for multiple purchases.   None of the less treating each customer equally without any hidden charges or surprizes.  We highly recommend you use this method if not email us for assistance.

One Last and important note on shipping instructions:  If you would like us to send to a different address or any special instructions, please indicate this to us immediately after you have purchase this item. This is important because it is until your item has been paid when you establish an account and we are able to leave instruction and notes to the shipping personal.  Otherwise it will get handled immediatly and  we aren't able to stop it from shipping since it has been process and in most cases shipped that same day.   Also please keep in mind that we are closed on the weekends and we don't attend to any emails until the next Business day.  We handle emails in the order they come in and ask for your patience as we will promise to attend to every single email within our ebay system.  Any emails sent to us outside ebay will not be replied to since we want to control and manage each email efficiently.

 Lost Package:  In order to presume that your package has been lost we ask our domestic customers to wait 15 days and 30 days for our international customers.  These days are initiated from the day of shipping.  If you have pass this waiting period, we suggest you contact us immediately via ebay email system.  We ask that you provide an item(s) numbers, name and the username if you used a different ebay username when you purchase the item.  This will help speed up the process.  Normally, our staff will ask you to confirm address, and if you have attempted to contact your local post office or customs personal.  We ask this because some packages are held until they are claimed for in person.  Every country has different guideline and we encourage our customers to be inform so that we can assure their package gets delivered.  Worst case scenario  we ask our customers not to worry!  We will do everything in our power to resolve this by  sending out another package or refunding your money.  We take all lost packages very seriously by opening up a dispute with postal office.  After all, we want to assure that this doesn't happen to another customer;  therefore, we search for a solutions to every problem.  If we find that there is a false claim we will submit this to ebay, pay pal, and block you from ever purchasing again.  In most cases, packages find themselves to you or us.  If we refunded your money or sent out another package after the firt package appears we ask that you contact us.  You can mark return to sender on package or pay for the postage and we will reimburse your the money.

Important:  If you don't make a claim of missing order with us before 60 days of shipping date, we don't gurantee this service.

Notice to International Customers:  Any listed delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to mail customs in your country.  International customers are responsible for all duty, tax tariff or brokerage fees that may be due upon delivery of your order.  ( Shipping cost covers frieght charges only).  Please check your local post office to determine and special rules or charges for your country.  

Backorders and Discontinued Products:  In rare instance, we may have an item that is on backorder or has been suddenly discontinued by the manufacturer.  In the case of backorders, you will be notified of the backorder date and given the option to wait for the backorder or cancel your order and receive a full refund.  If you have purchased multiple items and one is on backorder we will automatically refund for that item and include a notice of when it will become available inside the package.  We refund to make order less confusing and not to hold our customers money while they wait.   After all, we make a note of this and notify you as soon as item becomes available for repurchase.  In the case of sudden discontinued items, we will do all possible to find a replacement product for your consideration or we will issue you a full refund.

Return / Exchange Policy

Manufacturer's Warranty/ Damaged or Defective Merchandise:  We sell quality Products, that have been inspected by us for its durability and detailed.  If we received comments or complains about a certain item, we immediately remove it from our store.  We take careful measure to assure your item(s) is in good conditions before we actually ship it.  However, if you happen to recive a faulty item we ask that you inform us right away.   We ask if you can please send us a picture of the faulty item  to our designated email  BuyMeAToycom@aol.com  for pending issues only.  This process also applies if your receive the wrong item in error.   The picture is for our records since each item is fully backed by us or the manufacturer's warranty.   The picture also helps us speed up the process on delivering your correct or undamage good.  In some cases we'll ask for you to ship the item back to us and we shall refund your postage or your money if that is what you prefer.  The person who assist you in this matter will give you further instructions if you have any questions.  Please email us within our ebay email system first.

Important Note:  Upon receiving your order, immediately inspect and examine your entire order to make sure everything is exactly what you order and package was not tampered or mishandled on delivery.   In the unlikely event you receive damaged or defective product, please contact us within 15 days of receipt for instructions on receiving a replacement of the damaged or defective product. Where replacements can not be made, we will issue a full credit back to the original method of payment

Insurance:  Covers functionality issues, damage product due to transportation, missing package or missing items due to opened package on arrival.  In any case having insurance will assure you that you get a new product immediately or a full refund if we can replace item(s).  We highly recommened it!        

Exchange:    We accept exchanges of eligible unopened products returned within 10 days after item has actually been delivered.   In order to qualify for an exchange you must email us with the item(s) you would like to exchange for so that we can immediately put the item(s) on hold. Upon approval, you will be provided with an Exchange Authorization number, return address, and an invoice for any additional amount that may be due. A merchandise credit minus a 20% processing fee  will be allowed towards exchanges and any credit that is due will be issued back to the original method of payment.

 Shipping charges and processing fees for exchanged merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.  We only refund postage for you sending it back to us if it is our fault. 

Returns:  If you wish to return a portion of your order, or even the entire order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to set up an authorized return. Only uncut, unopened products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable.  In this situation, the postage/shipping  fee will be deducted from your purchase price and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, it is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you purchased, in the condition that we have stated in the listing. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback, and we will do all possible to ensure your satisfaction.
