I cannot find an item that I saw in your store a few days ago?

All items and quantities are subject to change from day to day.  We promote every item very aggressively on ebay and a few other online and marketing sources.   We encourage you to buy when an item is available since we would hate for you to miss out on an item.  If that happens to be the case, please visit our store for new and exciting items being added every day.

How can your prices be so good?

We purchase our merchandise in large volumes and keep our overhead low as possible, so we could offer our customers the best prices possible. We are aiming to be one of eBay's highest volume sellers of license gift & toys.  Therefore we offer the competitive prices to stay on top of the game.  When you buy from us, you know you're getting the lowest prices, authentic merchandise, and great service.

I see that on the title it has a different wording then on the description?

The title words are placeed to guide buyers when they search for a particular item.    Ex, (Messenger school bag) can have similiar words related to Book Bag, Purse, tote, duffle etc.  The description portion is what you should look at for all the information about the item.

Will my item actually say Buymeatoy.com?

The buymeatoy.com stamp on each item is only our copyright for the pictures we post.  This is to avoid other merchants from using our pictures for marketing purposes.  None of the items you purchase will say BuyMeatoy.com

What is your feedback policy?

Buy Me A Toy Co. truly appreciates the patronage of every auction winner or store buyer. We leave feedback IMMEDIATELY after you leave us feedback. This ensures that all satisfied customers receive a positive feedback from us.  We take are feedback very seriously and scan down the list everyday, to assure we are providing excellent service.  If you feel your unsatisfied with our service please contact us before leaving feddback.  Please keep in mind that your feedback should consist of our customer service and willingness to resolve any issue.  We feel it is unfair to get negative feedback when customers have failed to give us the opportunity to resolve any issues(s).  Thank you!

Do you allow for local pick ups?

I’m sorry but we don’t do local pick ups because our warehouse doesn’t have the proper insurance in place for retail customers.  Again keeping our overhead low to offer all our customers great prices.  If you are local then you should get your item(s) right away. This is a plus for our local customers.

Do you give better deals when buying multiple items?

Our prices are 20% to 80% below retail price. We offer some of the lowest prices anywhere for the items that we carry. If you buy mulitple items, you will be able to take advantage of our combined shipping discount. Please see listing for details.

Do you ship over night?

In order to insure a package will be there the next day requires to meet certain timelines for each destination.   Being that we ship all over the world it would be difficult for us to be exact especially of the many variables the can come into play. therefore, we exclude this option for our customers.  We hate to disappoint our customers and make promises that we can not meet.

Is your merchandise new or used?

99% of our items are new with tags.  If there happens to be a used item the listing will cleary indicate its condition.

Is there a limit to the amount of items I could purchase?

There is no limit, we encourage our customer to buy with confidence we will inform you if are quantities are limited.

What currency are your items listed in?

All of our prices are listed in US dollars. Currency exchange is handled by your credit card company or PayPal. If you are sending a money order please send it in US Dollars. Sending a money order in foreign currency may delay the processing of your order as we wil have to send it back to you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Our shipping process is automated and your order is processed within hours. So once we receive your payment, we cannot add, subtract or cancel your order prior to shipment.  Please make sure your order is complete before you checkout and pay.

I only received part of my order, how can I receive the rest?

If you received part of your order you should of received a paper slip inside package stating the missing items and the the reason for the delay.  Most cases the remaining items will ship shortly after.  If you find that we did not leave a notice inside that means there might have been a mistake. please contact customer support via email.  We will resolve any issues.

 Can I add items to my order?

If you have won an auction through eBay or have added an item to your cart and have not already checked out, you wil have the option to continue shopping. Please wait until all your auctions end before visiting checkout. That way you'll be able to take advantage of our combined shipping discount. If you have already checked out and paid for an auction, then unfortunately we're unable to make an revisions or additions to your order.

How can I track my order?

Most order ship next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

When will my order ship?

We pride ourselves in our very fast shipping method.  If you receive a package that was burned it probably caught on fire for shipping it lightning fast we truly apologies in advance.  We ship all orders that come in by 3PM PST the same business day.  Otherwise, your order will get process the next business day.  A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Who do you ship with?

We ship all our packages via USPS.  However, we do ship with other carriers as well and it would have to depend on the order who we ship with.  This is something we determine based on a couple of important factors.  You will be notified if another carrier beside USPS was used when you receive a confirmation of shipping.

How long do I  have to wait for my package to arrive? 

The time frames for package delivery greatly vary by the
Shipping method selected:
Parcel Post 4-10 business days
USPS First Class 3-5   business days
PRIORITY mail 1-3    business days
International CANADA 6-10  business days
International 8-15  business days(up to 30 Days or more in some Countries)

Please keep in mind that these are the approximate shipping time frames given to us by the Postal Service.  It is possible that packages arrive sooner than expected or are slightly delayed.  We appreciate your patience with this mater.  Worst case senerio we will resolve any issues but before hand we must allow enough time.  Do you combine shipping charges on multiple purchases?

Yes, we do offer combine shipping to all our customers.

In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Please send us an email so we can adjust your shipping before you pay.  Otherwise we will automatically combine your order once it is ready to be combined.
Items purchased under the same account will be automatically added to your invoice and the combined shipping discount will apply to your order total. Please remember that you still only have 7 days (from the transaction date) to complete checkout - otherwise all items in your checkout will be canceled, re-posted for sale.

How do you determine shipping cost?

Buy Me A Toy Co. determine the shipping cost by the guidlines set forth by the carier we ship.  Any additonal charges are based on labor, packaging, handling, material, and transportation cost.

How many days should I wait before I presume my package is lost?

For our domestic customers we ask that you please wait at least 15 days and 30 days for our international customers.   Theses days are initiated from the day of shipping.  If you have pass this waiting period, we suggest you contact us immediately via ebay email system.  We ask that you provide an item(s) numbers, name and the username if you used a different ebay username when you purchase the item. Can you declare my purchase as a "Gift"?

Falsifying customs documentation is a federal violation. In accordance with US law.  None the less, if we are able to give you a smile when you open your package then we can call the package the gift of smile from us to you.

What countries do you ship to?

As of right now, we ship to all countries.  However, we might be removing some countries from our list due to high custom fees and shipping issuse.  We will make a list below this question of all the countries excluded from our list when it becomes available.

Can you send me a tracking number?

No, tracking number is provided for our international customers.  However, we can provide you with the confirmation number given to us by the USPS.  It is the same number that was provided to you via email when we shipped out your order.  This confirmation number will help locate your package if it is to get lost in transit.  We also use this number to open up a dispute if your package never arrives.  We ask for your patience in this matter as most packages will find there way to you or us.  Very few times will we get a package that is completely lost.  If this happen to be the case please contact our customer service via email.

Have you received my payment yet?

Money order/cashiers checks:
Will be process the same business day we receive them and send you a payment confirmation email to your registered email account.

 Paypal:
You should receive a payment confirmation email after your payment clears Paypal. Credit/Debit cards and payments using Paypal funds should clear within minutes. Bank Transfers (transactions using your bank account) take about 2 to 4 days to clear.

Credit Cards:
Credit card payments should clear within a few minutes and you should recieve a confirmation email shortly after you have paid.

 How long can I wait to pay for my item?

 From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is completed, you have exactly 7 days to complete payment method. On the 8th day, we will cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale.

 Is my personal information kept private?

Buy Me A Toy Co. considers the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We will not share or sell any of your personal information.

 Do you charge sales tax?

We're required by state law to implement sales tax where we have a presence. That means all California shipping addresses will incur 8.25% sale tax.

What is your return policy?

 Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges of eligible unopened products returned within 10 days after item has actually been delivered.  Please view our Return /Exchange policy section for more information on this matter.

I've returned my item(s), when will I receive my refund?

After your item has arrived at our facility, our Return personal will process it within 1 -2 business days.  We process returns in the order they are received.  Once we do, we will send you an email confirmation immediately after your refund is issued.

I received the wrong item? What do I do?

Buy Me A Toy Co.  strives to keep our customers satisfied but sometimes we do make mistakes. We're very sorry that you received the wrong item and hope the make the return as painless as possible.
Please email our customer service via ebay only and include your order number or item number. Then we'll ask if you can please send us a picture of the wrong item  to our designated email  BuyMeAToycom@aol.com  for pending issues only. The picture also helps us speed up the process on delivering your correct item.  After we receive your email, we will send you a return label with the correct item  so you can return your item(s). If you can't wait then please feel free to return the item yourself and you will be reimbursed for your return shipping.   For an easier process you can also mark return to sender on package and hand over to mail carrier. My order was damaged during shipment. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear about your damaged package. We will contact the courier and file a claim on your delivery. Please email us, with details of your shipment. Also, if you refused the package, please let us know that as well.  We recommend insurance for situation like this.  Insurance will cover damage product due to transportation, missing package, missing items due to an open or tampered package.  In any case having insurance will assure that you get a new product immediately or a full refund if we can not replace item(s).  We highly recommened it!.
