Payments |

We accept,       Money orders, and Cashiers checks. Payment must be received within five (5) days. Item(s) will usually ship within 24 hours after payment is received. |

Shipping |
|
We ship Monday-Friday at 9:00am and at 5:00pm. If payment is received by 12:00pm Monday-Friday it will be shipped that day otherwise it will ship the next business day. Items which are shipped by a freight company are subject to a packaging fee. All other orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. |

For International Shipping |

Door-to-Door Shipping is available however Door-to-Local Airport is also available and is far less expensive and recommended by Burkett Restaurant Equipment. |

Freight Claims |
|
Burkett Restaurant Equipment neither accepts responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor damage to any merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers. The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise for all external and concealed damage at time of delivery. If damaged is sustained during shipment, we will be happy to aid you with handling the damage claim with the freight carrier; however, filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to purchase the additional insurance on your product.
* NOTE: Damage claims may take up to 120 days or longer to resolve. |

For All Auctions: We at Burkett and Sons, Inc., to the best of our ability, describe all used restaurant equipment thoroughly. We are fully responsible for equipment until they leave our docks. Equipment is professionally packaged and handled at Burkett Restaurant Equipment. We use only professional, reputable nationally known freight companies. We are not responsible for misplacement of small equipment accessories such as knobs, small handles, etc. We are also not responsible for calamities, major or minor, sustained during freight. All freight claims are taken up with the freight company. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Warranties on Products: If there is a mfg. warranty, look on box, paperwork, contact them direct. Your item must be paid for within 3 days of the end of the auction. Good Luck Bidding. |
