| A:Our items are offered at Wholesale and not at retail costs. We pass the savings on to you so you can save up to 60% OFF your item costs. Since this is wholesale inventory & for sanitary reasons we do not offer refund or exchange. We recommend purchasing at retail if you are not sure about an item. Most retail establishments accept returns. |

| A:We combine shipping for multiple purchases. INTERNATIONAL customers please write us with the exact amount of items you are interested in purchasing so we can give you an accurate quote. We do not offer a certain flat cost for each additional item shipped internationally. International Shipping is calculated on weight and size of items. |

| A:Domestic US orders should arrive in 6 - 10 days
International Orders -
Priority Mail International is not a fast method of shipping. Sometimes this method arrives quickly but for some countries it can take up to 30 days to arrive. If you require an item to arrive in 7-10 days please select Express Mail Shipping. |

| A:First Class Mail International & Priority Mail International don't offer tracking. These services provide confirmation if an item was delivered. If you need to track a parcel & want it to arrive quickly please use Express Mail. If you find Express Mail costly please know the cheaper methods are SLOWER! Could take up to 30 days to arrive. |
