Shipping
Information
The time it takes
for you
to receive your order consists of (1) the processing time and (2) the
shipping delivery time.
(1) Processing
Time:
Most
orders are ready to ship within two or three business days, from the
day your payment has cleared. This is the time it takes us to process
an order and prepare your items for shipping.
We do not usually
process orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays. The
actual shipping time must be added to this processing time before you
will receive your order.
(2) United States Shipping: (within the continental United
States) The shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen when
you submit your order.
- Standard

CDs, cassette tapes,
and DVDs are shipped USPS First Class and usually take 2-8 business
days from the shipped date to arrive to you. Books and videos are sent
USPS Media Mail, which can take from 7-21 days (up to 30 days) to
arrive to you.
Expedited - Expedited items could be sent
using either USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail and usually take
2-4 business days from the shipped date to arrive to you.
(3) International
Shipping: (outside the continental United States) The shipping time
depends on the shipping method chosen when you submit your order.
- Standard

CDs, cassette tapes,
DVDs, and Videos are shipped USPS International First Class
(previously AirMail) and usually take 7-28 business days from the
shipped date to arrive to you. Books that
are under 1 lb in weight will also be sent USPS International First Class.
Books that are over 1lb but under 4 lbs in weight will be shipped USPS
Global Priority
mail, which could take up to 3 weeks to reach you.
PLEASE NOTE:
We have
the right to not ship items international (due to cost) and will notify
you and will refund your money.
