ALL BIDS ARE BINDING
If the buyer bids on an item and wins, the bid is binding contract and you are responsible for completing the payment for the item. It is in violation of eBay's Rules and Terms of Service if the transaction is not completed. All auctions won and not completed will be turned in to eBay as a Non-paying Bidder Dispute for a refund on our eBay fee's. This will lead to an eBay Unpaid Item Strike against the buyer. Note: If a buyer gets 3 strikes their account will be suspended indefinitely.

We have an excellent reputation for offering wonderful customer service. Before leaving us Negative or Neutral Feedback, please contact us first. WE FIX ALL PROBLEMS. If you don't hear from us right away, please be patient, we will get back to you, usually the same day. Please note our business hours are 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. Please do not send us multiple emails with the same request. This will not speed up the process of your question being answered. We make every effort to make sure the product being shipped is the way you would like to receive it; in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
Sometimes packages are damaged by the carrier. We require insurance on all packages shipped from our store and insurance is included in the shipping price. Customers are responsible for inspecting all package contents including accessories upon arrival of your shipment as soon as it is received. If you have damaged goods from shipping, please email us immediately (within 24 hours), with your concerns and we will issue an RMA # to ship the package back to us or help you get a resolve if it is a drop-shipped item. If the item is shipped back to us, when we receive the package, we will ship your item back out to you within 24 - 48 business hours. If the item was drop-shipped to you, we will keep in contact with you and the manufacturer until the problem is solved.
RETURNS
If there is a problem with the product you need to notify us immediately within 24 hours, let us know your concern and we will issue you an RMA number, if applicable, or give you instruction on how to proceed. Many times we can fix the problem without the trouble of sending the product back. We have excellent feedback and we solve ALL problems.
Please write us with questions before ordering our product. Our return policies reflect our ability to offer many of our products at well-below retail pricing, by keeping our costs down. No packages will be accepted without an RMA number or after 30 days from purchase. Packages received without an RMA number or after 30 days from purchase, that we cannot refuse with the carrier for whatever reason, will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus original shipping charges. If there are damages to the returned goods the customer will not receive any refund. It is the customers responsibility to obtain insurance and tracking on all packages therefore, they must file an insurance claim and take the appropriate steps with their chosen carrier. If you would like to return an item and not exchange it, we must charge a 25% restocking fee. We will accept product returns that are in the SAME condition as we shipped out to you. Items shipped back must include all original tags attached to the product, all inserts, instruction manuals, warranty paperwork, extra bulbs, adapters, free gift items, cds, etc., and in the original packaging. If items are missing, the customer will be charged accordingly. If an item is shipped back used and not defective within the 30-day limit we reserve the right to refuse the package (Examples: Pet products with dog hair on them, bark stop units with water marks, etc.). Along with the RMA #, please include your email address that is registered with eBay and the eBay auction item # so we can identify who you are. Shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility unless there is an error on our part. On FREE-SHIP items, original shipping & handling charges will be deducted from your refund. REPEAT: NO SHIPPING FEE IS REFUNDABLE.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the following non-returnable items policy. Please read all of our return policies BEFORE bidding or purchasing.
Due to the hygienic and sterile nature of the Slender Wrap products, we do not allow returns unless the wraps' cellophane wrapper and jar are unopened. We do not accept returns under any other conditions.
Due to the fact that CDs, DVDs and software can be copied these items may be returned for exchange due to defects only within 30 days from date of purchase.
