Payment Information

Payments must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction. If we don't hear from the winning bidder within those 10 days, we will send you notice of impending non-paying bidder alert through eBay. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of receiving that e-mail, we will file a non-paying bidder alert and leave you negative feedback. If you are unable to meet these requirements please contact us immediately.

We accept payments made by PayPal (account name: BloomFineArt@bloomantiques.com), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. We cannot ship any items until payment has cleared. Personal checks are NOT accepted under any circumstances.

Sales Tax: Buyer must pay 8.375% sales tax if the item is shipped within or picked up in New York State. If you are a dealer and have a NY resale number, please contact us by phone or e-mail and fax a copy of your resale certificate to: 718-438-2964.
