How do I pay for the item I won or purchased from Ruz Empire?

Every auction winner is sent a confirmation email. The message is sent to the email address registered with eBay.  This email will outline the steps to pay for your item.  We offer three different ways to pay...

    Follow the instructions in the Winner's Circle.  This is the fastest and easiest way to pay!
  • Money Order, Personal Check, or Cashier's Check:

We only sell brand new items. We do not sell used jewelry.

Have you got my check yet?

We usually get checks 2 to 4 days after you put it in the mail.  Please keep in mind that we wait up to 10 days for your check to clear before the item is shipped. we will send you a notification as soon as receiving your check.

 

SHIPPING

 

After you receive my payment, how long will it take to send out the item?

For payments made by PayPal, or money orders, the items are shipped within 24-72 hours during weekdays in most cases.  some items may need up to 3 weeks preparation. For personal check purchases, we will wait up to 10 days for the check to clear before shipping the item.

 

When should I expect to receive my item?

We ask that you allow 5-7 business days for your item to be delivered.  However, depending on your location and shipping methods it could arrive sooner.  Keep in mind that holiday seasons can slow down a shipment by a few days due to the shipping company being overworked.

 

How can I track my item once it has been shipped?

We ship by different shipping companies, in most cases tracking number will be email to you as soon as your order is out.  If a tracking number is available it will be included in the email that we send once we ship your item.

 

How much do I pay for shipping & handling?

All shipping and insurance prices are listed either at the bottom or right side of the eBay auction.  Shipping prices are fixed and vary by item.

What method of shipping do you use?

The major companies we use for most shipments include FedEx USPS, UPS . 

 

Can I get my item faster?

Look at our feedback and you will see many comments saying "Fast Shipping" in them. in many cases we could use FedEx overnight delivery for $35.

 

Can I combine shipping on multiple quantities or auctions?

Yes you can.

 

Do you ship internationally and what is the cost?

Sure we do ship internationally. $45 FOR STANDARD SHIPPING.

Can I call you and use my credit card to pay for a item?

We do not have direct CC processing and we only use paypal for that.

 

If I pay with a credit card can you send it to another address?

NO.  The credit card company and Paypal enforce this rule on us so we need to follow it.  We are provided with "Seller Protection" policies but only if we ship to "Confirmed Billing Addresses" given to us from the credit card company.  Because of the volume of sales we manage daily we receive many attempts each day from fraudulent buyers and stolen credit cards.  To continue to provide you with great merchandise at a low price, we must follow this rule.

 

Can I come to your location and pick up my item?

 No, Since we do not have any retail store front we can not have any visitor to our place.

WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF ALL YOUR DIAMONDS?

All our rough diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflicts and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. We hereby guarantee that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.

Why are your prices so low in comparison to retail stores?

 We are a jewelry manufacturing company. We sell our jewelry to other wholesaler and jewelry store for our whole sale price. A typical jewelry distribution channel involves 4 to 5 middlemen representing 250% to 500% in added cost. E bay allow us to interact directly with the consumer at tremendous savings.

 

Do you leave positive feedback for your buyers?

Ruz Empire leaves positive feedback for every buyer once the order has been shipped and your positive feedback received.

 

Do you sell wholesale to dealers at discounted or large quantity rates?

We do have large quantities of many of the items we are selling over eBay.  Please  email us  for more information on current wholesale offerings.

RETURNS

 

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you wish to return the item you have purchased, we have a 7 day money back guarantee. Refunds will be issued after item is received and carefully inspected by us. Refunds may take between 1-2 weeks. Any merchandise altered, damaged, or switched will not be accepted.

If there is ever a problem with your purchase from our company, please give us the opportunity to make it right for you. Behavior such as negative/neutral feedback, offensive language, false accusations, personal attacks, and/or overall rudeness, etc... are completely unnecessary. We vow to always deal with our customers professionally, and we ask that our customers extend us the same courtesy.
