First let me say an enormous and heartfelt *THANKS!* to all of the buyers who have made my little store such a wonderful success, especially those of you who return time after time. You have become almost like family! This little corner of the eBay universe is something very special to me, all because of the lovely people I serve.
· QUESTIONS & CONTACTS, PROBLEM RESOLUTION
Reading the policies listed below should answer most any question you have about your purchase. If it doesn’t, don’t hesitate to email me through eBay My Messages. Use the Ask Seller a Question link.
I try to answer all email in 24 hours or less. If you don’t receive an answer, please try me again….we all know how unreliable email can be at times. I never just ‘don’t answer’, so if you have not heard back from me, it is a good bet I did not get your question.
It is rare for me to have an unhappy buyer, but if there is a problem with your order, please let me know immediately. The most important thing to remember about buying on eBay is communication. If you don’t understand about shipping, how to use a product, or anything else, or if a package is lost or damaged, I am more than happy to assist you. However, leaving inappropriate neutral or negative feedback, low DSR’s, harassing or threatening me (or any other seller either), without allowing us the chance to make you happy is just downright wrong. Because I deal primarily with the Pagan/Wiccan community, I expect a higher standard, as you should expect from me.
· BACK ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
I work hard to keep my inventory and listings as current as possible. However, there may occasionally be an item listed that is out of stock, or that is on backorder from a supplier. If this is the case, you will be given the option to wait on the item, exchange for something else, or be cheerfully refunded.
· COMBINED SHIPPING:
Shipping is combined at the following rates: Shipping cost of heaviest/bulkiest item, plus $2 or stated shipping cost, whichever is less, for each additional item. Buy It Now only herbs, resins, jewelry, stickers, and incense ship free with additional items purchased. Please use the Request Total link under the Ask Seller a Question link to get a correct invoice. eBay/Paypal does not recognize ‘free’, so those invoicing tools will charge you for shipping, when items should ship free. The only way to get a correct total is by using the Request Total link.
An example:
A buyer purchases a mortar and pestle, a cauldron, and a chalice by auction, and uses Buy It Now on four different herbs, three oils, two packages of incense, and a pair of earrings. The shipping cost would be as follows: Full shipping cost for the cauldron (the heaviest item-about $6), and $2 each for the mortar and pestle and chalice. The rest of the items qualify for FREE shipping. The total cost of shipping the order would be $10, a savings of nearly $20 on shipping.
Items can be combined to reduce shipping for 7 days.
Items ordered together do not always ship together. I occasionally have items shipped directly from other crafters and businesses I work with. There will be a note on your packing slip that states “Ships Separately” if this is the case.
Shipping charges include the cost of shipping, packing materials, and other related costs. If you do not agree with the stated shipping cost on an item, then please refrain from buying or bidding. You will likely overpay your shipping charges if you do not use the Request Total as described above for multiple items. If this is the case, regrettably I cannot refund the excess. Again, please remember to use the Request Total if you have multiple items!
· DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
I ship 2-3 times per week, generally on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Shipping notification or tracking/delivery confirmation number will be sent by email once your package has shipped. If you do not receive a notification, please check your email spam filter, they often end up there.
There is optional United States Postal Service Insurance available on every order. If it does not show up as an option on your invoice, it is still available, just email and ask for it. Unfortunately, I cannot replace lost or broken items if you do not purchase the optional insurance. Once a package leaves the safety of my workroom, I am no longer responsible, regrettably, on how it is treated. I highly recommend insurance for all fragile items, including, but not limited to mirrors, all soapstone and stone products, oil warmers, incense towers and others.
Please be reasonable about receiving your items. If it has not arrived in 7-10 days from the day the shipping notification is received, then please email and let me know. The Postal Service estimates on delivery time are highly inaccurate. Priority Mail can take up to five days, First Class up to seven days, depending on where you live. Media Mail takes 10 days or more.
Package must ship to verified Paypal/eBay shipping address. If the address is not correct, the package will probably be returned. If that is the case, additional shipping charges will be required to re-ship the package. For gift items or items shipped to another address, please fill that in when you checkout, not on Paypal payment.
· BE GREEN
We recycle packing materials, newspaper and boxes, and do our part to save the planet, and lower shipping costs. Please do the same!
· INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The ONLY WAY to receive a tracking number for international shipments is to pay for International Express Postage. This is very very expensive. Otherwise, your customs form will serve as a delivery confirmation number. Customs forms must be written by hand, so numbers are not emailed. if you want an email with your delivery confirmation number from your customs form, it will require an extra $1.60 on your shipping cost. Let us know in advance if you want this option.
International buyers please email for shipping rates PRIOR to bid or purchase if they are not listed. I keep them as low as possible, but please ask first. There is no free shipping on international orders. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Regrettably, no refunds will be issued for items that do not arrive through Airmail, or that are confiscated by Customs Authorities. If you do not email for correct shipping charge, and pay the domestic rate, I will bill you for additional shipping. Your item will not ship until it the correct shipping is paid.
There is no free shipping on any international order. However, combining items into one shipment saves a significant amount on postage. All international shipments are calculated by weight, with only a nominal handling fee.
International shipping can take up to four weeks, so please plan for that time frame if you are ordering a gift.
Please be familiar with your country's allowed/not allowed items! If Customs confiscates one or all of your items, the payment cannot be refunded.
· PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment must be received within 7 days of first item purchased or won at auction, or unpaid item reminder will be automatically filed. There are no exceptions to this policy.
If an order cancellation is requested, there will be a $5 restocking fee.
eBay no longer allows money orders or cashier's checks as a payment option. Personal checks are not accepted. Please do not mail cash. eChecks are available in Paypal; items will be shipped when payment clears through Paypal.
· CUSTOM ORDERS
Please ask if there is something you don't see-I have many lovely things that are not listed on eBay, and can create a listing just for you! Custom orders welcome. I am happy to answer as many questions as you can ask.

Please read ALL of the below information carefully. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU DO NOT READ. When you purchase an item, you AGREE that you have read everything below. My terms of service are clear.
The majority of the items I sell ship FREE. For lighter items I typically ship in bubble wrap inside a padded mailer. This allows me to keep my shipping charges low, and offer free shipping to my buyers. It also allows me to keep international shipping low by shipping in less weighty packaging. If you want your item to ship in a box, there will be an additional charge. I ship thousands of products a month safely in bubble mailers. Heavier items ship in boxes. If you have any question about how your order will ship, please ask in advance.
I inspect EVERYTHING I sell at least twice - once when it comes in from the vendor/crafter, or when I myself make it (for handmade products), and AGAIN when I pack it to ship. I personally pull and pack every order. DO NOT accuse me of sending a damaged product. I repeat numerous times in the listing and policies that orders can and do get damaged in transit, and POSTAL INSURANCE is highly recommended.
If I make a mistake in your order, all you have to do is let me know. I will quickly and gladly rectify the problem, at my expense. There is absolutely no call to be unpleasant about it either. Everyone makes mistakes. Please remember that I am a person, not a computer. I treat everyone with equal respect, and I expect to be treated kindly as well.
DAMAGED ORDERS THAT ARE NOT INSURED are NOT my error. I pack and ship over 10,000 orders a year. I know how to pack carefully. It is rare for an order to arrive damaged, and I WILL NOT take responsibilty for postal mishandling.
Let me be very very clear, just one more time. IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED, I DID NOT SEND IT THAT WAY. I PERSONALLY INSPECT EVERYTHING AT LEAST TWICE. IF YOU DO NOT BUY THE POSTAL INSURANCE, DO NOT EXPECT ME TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY DAMAGED ITEM. IF I MAKE A MISTAKE IN YOUR ORDER, ALL IT TAKES IS A PLEASANT EMAIL AND A VERY SMALL EFFORT ON YOUR PART. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY.

Due to the amount of unscrupulous buyers, unpaid items, and credit card fraud experienced by us and other sellers in the last year, we will no longer leave positive feedback upon payment. We will follow the example of other eBay Powersellers, and leave feedback in response to feedback left.
Mama C has always felt that all customers were inherently good, but the financial repercussions of the above problems have forced us to take protective measures.
Please be aware that we DO report all unpaid items accordingly, and DO work with the police, United States Postal Service, and Internet Fraud Bureau to prosecute all credit card and Paypal fraud to the fullest extent of the law. We DO block bidders (and report them to a large number of other sellers) who threaten, curse, lie, or otherwise exhibit poor trading behavior.
Additionally, we will begin publishing rude or threatening emails, attempts at feedback extortion, examples of poor trading behavior, and the like on Mama C's eBay My World blog. We will also report them to eBay’s Trust & Safety. While we don't expect to be able to change someone's bad behavior, we can at least allow them to take credit for it! :)
We go out of our way to make every buyer's experience an excellent one, and simply expect positive behavior in return.
