1.     If an item is purchased through our store, payment is due at the time of purchase.  If you select "Buy it Now" from an "auction" listing then payment is due immediately as well; however, if you are the winning bidder of an auction then payment is due within 3 days of the close of the auction.  Your order will be placed and processed for shipment when payment is received.

2.  Occasionally, an item will not be available at the time of purchase due to unexpectedly high demand.  Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any bid/order.  If this occurs, you will be notified and you can either opt for different item or we will refund your payment in full. 

a)  If you opt for a different item, additional charges may apply if the replacement item is greater in value than your original choice, and certainly if the replacement product is priced lower than your original choice we will credit you the difference.

b)  If you decide not to choose a replacement product then we will issue a refund no more than 3 days  from the date of payment.

3.  Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

a)  We generally charge a $2.00 additional item fee for multiple domestic listings; however, this may vary depending upon the individual listing.

b)  We are happy to combine shipments.  If the specific option of products is not available in a listing or combination of listings, please email us and we will be happy to put together a quote for you.  

4.  International orders are shipped via USPS EXPRESS Mail International (3-8 days to arrive in your country - depends upon the destination country [insurance is included]) or PRIORITY Mail International (6-10 business days to arrive in your country - insurance is included).

PLEASE NOTE:  We are not responsible for customs  charges, fees, or taxes; nor are we responsible for any related charges, fees, or taxes imposed by your country or local postal facility.  In addition, we cannot control how quickly your country's customs department will process your package.
