| Q:What are those weird letter/number codes at the end of your titles? |

| A:Those are just our own way of knowing where to locate your item and to keep track of inventory. We put a code in the title and at the top of the description. They have nothing to do with the items themselves :-) |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes, for most items based on weight, location, and shipping method within ONE PAYMENT, within about a week. If you are buying multiple items (which we hope you are!), feel free to wait until a bunch end to complete checkout and pay all at once. Discount will calculate when you complete checkout for all orders. Contact us if it doesn't work :-). |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Since most of our items are auctions, we do have a policy that all sales are final. If something arrives and is different from our description, please contact us at info@vintagerarestuff.com or through the ask the seller a question link on the item page. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling charge? |
|
| A:With the exception of some very large and/or delicate items, there is $2.50 handling fee for the first lot, $1.50 for each additional. This is on top of combined shipping weight cost. Shipping calculator already has handling figured in. Combined rates will calculate at checkout. |
| Q:What shipping method should I choose? |
|
| A:On most of our paper items we offer media, parcel and priority. Media rate is a bit tricky, as some post offices will open up packages and deem them unfit for media. While this doesn't happen often, it's worth mentioning. Media mail is also the slowest. We've seen it take 6 weeks from NY to CA. It is entirely up to you which method you choose. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Most items. There is a calculator on the bottom of the listing page where you can enter your country and in some cases, your postal code. If something looks small enough to fit in a flat rate envelope but isn't calculating, please contact us so we can make the adjustment. We DO NOT ship first class or in an M-Bag. These options offer no tracking. |
| Q:Will you declare items as 'gifts'? What about customs fees? |
|
| A:No, sorry. We cannot, by law, declare items as gifts and we do not like to change the value. There might be a customs fee, which we cannot control. Please be aware that if you buy from out of the country you do risk getting charged at customs. We are not responsible for paying this fee. |
| Q:Why am I blocked from bidding? |
|
| A:If you do not have paypal, this is probably why. Please contact us to remove the restrictions.
If we see you retract a bid and say entered wrong amount but it's obvious the bids were being tested, we'll ban you from bidding. A bid is a contract. If you have any unpaid item strikes, you are not initially permitted to bid, but contact us to discuss. |
| Q:Can I speak with a live person? |

| A:Sure! We encourage you to e-mail us at info@vintagerarestuff.com or by clicking 'ask the seller a question' on the listing page, but we are open 9-5 monday - friday EST. We can be reached at 516-489-6004. |
| Q:Why haven't you answered my question? |
|
| A:We answer every question received through 'ask the seller a question' within 24-48 hours. There are some weekends that we are not by the computer, so if you ask a question on friday evening, you may receive your response on monday. We always strive to answer questions quickly :-). | Q:What are those detailed seller ratings when I leave feedback? |

| A:Ebay now has a feedback system with Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs). We want you to be able to leave positive feedback and 5 STARS for each rating! It is very important to us that you are able to leave 5 stars. We are very upfront with our handling time so please take that into account when leaving your rating. Please contact us with any concerns. |
| Q:I won the auction, but I still have questions about the item before I pay... |

| A:Please ask all questions and take note of shipping times/costs BEFORE bidding. Once a bid is placed it is a contract that you will pay for the item. We're happy to answer any questions you have while the auction is still running. Please only bid if you are serious about paying for the item. Happy Bidding! |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We have an up to 5 business day handling time. This is the time it takes to process your order. We can't stress this enough! If you pick priority mail, for example, which is 2-3 days, it will be up to 5 days plus 2-3 days. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us and we can work out quicker arrangements :-). |
| Q:Can I pick the item up in person? What is your mailing address? |

| A:All of our items can be picked up. Please call us at least 2 days before you plan on coming at 516 489 6004. We're located at 94C Cherry Valley Ave, West Hempstead, NY 11552. If you pay via paypal before please let us know, otherwise it automatically goes to our shipping dept. Pay in person is preferred :-). No shipping charged. |
| Q:Will you offer a buy it now price on this auction? |

| A:Once an auction goes live it's our policy to let it run until the end. If it doesn't sell we'll often relist with a buy it now. |
