We offer free shipping on ALL of our products to the continental 48 states!
PAYMENT:
We only accept Paypal. We will process orders within 8 hours of receipt of cleared payment. We request that payment be made within 4 days of purchase.
PRICE MATCHING:
We price our items as low as possible. However, if you find the exact item offered by another Online Retailer or eBay Store (*not auction, only those sellers with a store and has it listed as new) that is offering it for less (including shipping cost), we will do our best to match it. Just send us an email through the eBay email system with the link to the lower priced item, your user ID and city/state/zip. We will reply through the eBay email and let you know if there is any way we can match it. If we can - WE WILL!
SHIPPING:
At Baby Town, USA, shipping to anywhere in the contiguous 48 states is FREE for all of our products (except Little Passenger Seats). Shipping to HI, AK and PR may have a charge because of shipping by air, please see each listing. Insurance is highly recommended when not included in the listing. We are not responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We are happy to ship to APO/AE addresses for most of our products. There is no extra charge for this. However, there are a few products that we are not able to ship to APO/AE addresses because of size or because of manufacturer requirements. We always ship to the shipping address note on the Paypal payment, so please be sure it is correct. We are happy to ship to another address if it is a gift, but this needs to be approved prior to purchase.
INTERNATIONAL:
We gladly ship most of our products internationally. Shipping costs are determined by going to the shipping section of the listing, selecting your country from the drop-down box, and then click submit or update. The charges shown are for shipping costs to your country only. There are a few items we cannot ship internationally, and those listings are reflected as shipping to the US only. International customers are responsible for any duties and fees associated with their shipment. We have no control over what other governments charge, and we do not know what (if any) the fees will be. They are not part of shipping costs you pay for us to ship. If any customer refuses delivery or abandons their package, no refund will be issued. We always ship to the shipping address note on the Paypal payment, so please be sure it is correct.
ADD’L SHIPPING INFO:
Many of the items in our store are able to be shipped out from our North Idaho warehouse. If it ships from our stock, we ship thru Paypal and you can obtain shipping information by logging into your Paypal account and accessing the “details” of our transaction. Because we can’t stock all of the products we offer, many products ship direct from the manufacturer. This information is often noted in the listing. In this instance, tracking information is not automatically sent to you. If you haven’t received your item in a time frame you deem acceptable, please let us know and we will obtain tracking information for you. We ship Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Please note: Shipping times reflected on eBay are an estimate only. Once an item ships, it is in the carrier’s hands and we do not have control of how long they will take to deliver it. Most of the time they are quite fast, but there are circumstances that they encounter that may slow a shipment. Thank you for understanding!

It is our philosophy that when you order from us, you will receive quality new products, great pricing, fast shipping and professional customer service. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
Upon receipt of your product, open your item carefully and retain all original packaging and documents/manuals. In the unlikely event you should receive a defective or damaged product we sincerely apologize. Please let us know immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will accept defective items for exchange if notified within 3 days of receipt. We will ask you some questions about what seems to be not working, and possibly refer you to technical support in some instances to narrow the problem. If the problem cannot be corrected with this method, the item will need to be sent directly to the manufacturing company so we will need to provide you with this information and an RMA # (return authorization). If you send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Although it is the customer’s responsibility to ship an item back, we will cover the cost to send a replacement.
-OTHER RETURNS:
Please contact us if within 3 days of receipt you no longer want the item(s) you purchased, we will gladly accept a return*. Returns should be new, in the original packaging and with tags still attached and free of any cigarette smoke or other odors. We will issue an RMA# and provide you with return shipping instructions. Your refund will be credited back to your Paypal account upon receipt of returned product. Your refund will be the purchase price minus a 15% return order fee, and if you received free shipping on the original sale, your refund will be minus the actual original shipping costs. We will not refund the cost of shipping the item back to us. If you should choose to send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
No returns for refund will be accepted after 3 days of receipt. Please contact us with any questions.
If your item was a gift, you will receive Baby Town, USA store credit for your returned item(s).

Our feedback system is automated. We believe once a customer has paid for their transaction, they deserve feedback accordingly. So, once your cleared Paypal payment is received, you will receive positive feedback. We believe trust is mutual and that our buyers will contact us if there is a problem prior to leaving us feedback. This gives us a chance to work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If you are happy with your transaction we invite you to leave positive feedback, If you feel the transaction did not meet your expectations please e-mail us before leaving negative feedback so we may try and resolve your issue. As you can see by our terms and conditions, we do our best to accommodate our customers.
