Baby Majestic's Terms & Conditions
Shipment Information for US purchases:
We normally ship within 36 hours of receipt of payment.
We use USPS for light packages and UPS for heavier items.
Baby Majestic reserves the right to ship whichever method we deem necessary.
- This means if sufficient shipping costs were not paid we will downgrade shipping method.
We provide calculators on most of our auctions for your convience.
When shipping USPS within the US delivery confirmation will be provided unless a rare situation arises.
- Delivery Confirmation is not the same as UPS tracking info. This will only tell you when your merchandise was delivered, not where it is presently located.
- Delivery Confirmation is not available to APO/FPO.
- Delivery Confirmation is not available to International Buyers who choose First Class International for a shipping method.
We offer reduced shipping when more than one item is sent to one address.
Insurance is Optional, Use it at your discretion.
APO/FPO Orders:
We will ship to APO and FPO for a small $1.50 fee. This covers filling out proper custom forms and taking merchandise to the shipping facility.
Delivery Confirmation is not Available for APO/FPO orders.
International Orders:
Due to recent issues with PayPal, we will only ship to Canada & United Kingdom if paying via PayPal. All other international customers must pay with an international money order.
We recommend USPS Priority International for shipping to international locations.
First Class International will be available but delivery confirmation is not available with this method.
We will not ship anything that weighs more than 4 lbs internationally without prior consent, so if you are combining an order please consult us for a shipping quote.
Please provide your phone number and complete address with payment.
Free Shipping will NEVER apply to international orders.

We do charge a small $1.50 fee for all International Orders as a handling fee. This covers the expense of Gas and Handling fee for filling out the custom forms.

If choosing First Class International Shipping your shipment may be delayed 2-3 days as this service requires a special trip to the Post Office.

Priority International will ship on time as the Postal Service can pick up these packages.
Money Orders Policy:
Please provide your ebay login name along with your payment. This will help expediate your order!
Make Money orders Payable to: Baby Majestic
We understand that getting a money order can take a day or two, but please try your best to be punctual with your payment, as we will extend the same courtesy by shipping within 36 hours after payment is received.
Return Policy:
Please understand that Baby Majestic is not the manufacturer of the products that we sell. If you receive a defective or damaged product we sincerely apologize. We try our best to make sure we do not ship out damaged products; however, Baby Majestic will not open sealed packages to check for damages. If you receive a defective product please let us know immediately. Baby Majestic is a company with integrity and will accept returns as long as it defective.
We accept returns if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. Do not take tags off or throw away original packaging.
If Baby Majestic has made an error in the transacation, we will pay the shipping both ways. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for shipping.
Baby Majestic will not "exchange" merchandise, unless you contact us and make arrangements to pay additional shipping costs.
Merchandise must be returned to Baby Majestic before any refund is given.
Baby Majestic will refund the entire amount less shipping.
If a refund is offered and we have to mail it to you, Baby Majestic will also deduct the cost of a stamp.
If refunded through PayPal, Baby Majestic will refund the entire amount and it will be up to buyer to pay the PayPal transaction fee.
After receiving merchandise Baby Majestic will contact the Buyer and immediately issue refund.
We have a special return policy in place for Glamourmom
If you buy the wrong size or don't like the color once you receive your shirt we accept returns on these conditions:
Shirt must be in new condition with tags attached (not washed).
Buyer must pay $2.50 fee for exchange shipping + cover the cost of returning.
Buyer must contact Baby Majestic immediately if returning.
If you are not exchanging and just returning for a refund, we will deduct $2.50 from that amount to cover the original shipping costs, regardless of free shipping.
Baby Majestic can not guarantee that they will have color or size in stock that buyer requests but we will do our best to work with the buyer.
Returned to Sender Policy:
Should your merchandise be "Returned to Sender" you will have 2 choices:
1. The buyer is responsible for paying the extra shipping cost, before product is to be reshipped.
2. The buyer will receive a refund for the actual cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping costs.
If your merchandise is "Returned to Sender" one of Baby Majestic's Managers will contact you via phone or email to let you know of the circumstances and your options.
Baby Majestic Combined Shipping Policy:
Baby Majestic will gladly combine shipping with all our products unless otherwise indicated.
If combining Purchases with any "Free Shipping" Item you must pay the shipping fees relating to the other listings.
Please read our Free Shipping Policy for more details.
If you believe the shipping costs are too high contact Baby Majestic with what you are purchasing & zip code.
If we find the actual shipping costs exceed the amount paid, it is at our discretion to refund part of the shipping costs.
Baby Majestic will contact you via email and let you know if any refund was awarded.
Remember Customer Service is our number one goal!
Baby Majestic Free Shipping Policy:
Baby Majestic from time to time will offer Promotions with free shipping, not all listings will apply.
These auctions will only be available for buyers that live in the lower 48 contiguous states. (No International Orders)
If you buy multiple purchases and one of the items offers Free shipping, You MUST pay shipping charges associated with the other merchandise!
Please let Baby Majestic send you an invoice before paying for such items.
You must pay the actual shipping charges associated with other products purchased when purchasing anything combined with a "free shipping" item.
Please don't try to get away with totally free shipping for combined purchases with a "Free Shipping" Product. We will notify you if necessary!
If you pay for a combined purchase and did not pay the extra shipping costs if needed, we will not ship the merchandise until full payment is made.
If full payment is not made within a reasonable time we will Refund your money, minus all Ebay related costs to your transaction.
If you bid on a "Free Shipping" product and live outside the "lower 48 contiguous states, we will charge you the additional shipping cost or again will refund money minus all eBay related costs because of your transaction.
Feedback Policy:
Our feedback system is automated, once you leave positive feedback, our system will automatically leave you feedback. We use this automated system in order for us to be efficient with our time. We always ship within 48 hours unless you were notified otherwise. When we email your shipping notification, your merchandise is scheduled to ship! We understand a lot of buyers think it is the seller's duty to leave feedback first, however; we feel often buyers blame sellers for things outside their control. Since all our merchandise is Brand New from the Manufacturer and it does not come from a middleman, We feel 100% confident in the quality of the merchandise. If there is a defect See our Return Policy. Please remember when leaving feedback, not to hold the seller responsible for the actual Delivery of your product.
*For instance It is not the Sellers fault if:
The post man left your package on your porch when it was raining
The UPS lost your package and sent it to Maine instead of Mississippi causing it to be a week late
The Post Office did the same thing
You didn't update your shipping address and your package was sent to your old address
Your merchandise was damaged in route to your house
You were sending this to a Friend and you gave the seller the wrong address
You didn't respond to a notice stating that the Post Office or UPS has attempted to deliver your package
Simply put we believe Sellers should be rated on their own performance, not the delivery person's. Baby Majestic can not control how UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS or any other carrier performs their job. We work very hard to maintain a 100% positive feedback rating. If you have an issue contact us prior to leaving negative feedback. We will do our best to handle every issue that arises in a timely fashion.
Payment Policy & Unpaid Item Disputes:
Baby Majestic will do everything in their power to make this a pleasant transaction for you. And we strongly encourage you to do the same for us by making a fast payment.
Baby Majestic tries to maintain an excellent line of communication with each buyer by notifying them of anything related to their transaction. Shipping, Tracking, Feedback, Etc.
Baby Majestic no longer accepts personal checks because of deadbeat buyers, Sorry.
If paying by money order, please hit the yellow "Pay Now" button on the invoice ebay sends you and choose "Paying with Money Order", unless you contact us stating that you are sending a money order, Baby Majestic will not know.
We hope to be notified of payment immediately after you press the "Buy It Now" button, but will give you 7 days to make payment before we take any action, please keep reading why we must do this.
If you change your mind about the purchase, Please notify us immediately Baby Majestic is an "Understanding" company and will not penalize you unlike most other sellers, we will send you a Mutual Agreement to terminate the transaction, but you must complete this form.
Baby Majestic completely understands that sometimes things come up unexpectedly but we do not know this unless you notify us.
If no Response after 7 days of clicking the "Buy It Now" button, we will be forced to notify eBay of a non-payment. Please understand we do not like to do this. Each time we sell something on eBay we are automatically charged a "Selling Fee" regardless of whether the buyer actually pays or not. Baby Majestic strongly feel that we should not be held responsible for these fees. We Hope You agree.
There are two ways to recover these fees from eBay:
1. A Mutual Agreement to terminate the transaction between both of the parties.
If you know you do not want to complete the transaction for any reason let Baby Majestic know immediately. We will send you a mutual agreement to end the transaction form, which you must complete. EBay will then refund our "Selling Fees". This is the preferred method, neither party will be penalized and we can still leave positive feedback for each other.
2. An Unpaid Item Dispute to terminate the transaction between both of the parties.
If we file this dispute, eBay will send you a payment reminder and let you know about this dispute. We are not doing this to harass you, but just simply to get our selling fees back. We feel it is not fair to us to have to pay these fees that we never received the funds for. If you do not respond to eBay within 7 days, eBay will refund the selling fees, and put an unpaid item strike by your ebay name. We do not like to do this, but unfortunately this is a part of business.
Due to the volume of our sells; Baby Majestic would be forced to pay hundreds of dollars of wrongful "Selling Fees" if we didn't implement this policy. We have to do Smart Business to stay in business. Baby Majestic looks forward to doing business with you! If you have and questions...
