When you have won one of the listings where I create a hair bow in the color(s) you want, please please please, list the colors you want in the note when paying through paypal. I have tons of orders (on ebay and off) so I need to keep track of everything. Letting me know the colors on time is crucial for me to keep my orders delivered on time. Not doing this WILL cause a delay in your order! Keep in mind, there is a 2-3 week waiting period for hair bow and tutu orders.
If you need a rush order, (less then 2 weeks notice) please TEXT ME first about it (sometimes I am unable to check my messages through out the day & because I can not take calls on my phone during work hours, I can only respond quicker w a text) 407 718 1137. There is a $25 fee for every rush order placed. I am here to provide the best customer service out there, but please keep in mind that I am a one woman show and can only do so much at a time.
