Any concerns will be handled by email for recording purposes.
All returns/exchanges must be approved by email before sending. Our offered warranty covers replacement only, no payments will be refunded for any reason. Defective items will either be replaced, or the purchase price credited towards another product we carry. The item being returned must be shipped back to us within the time frame of the any warranty that is offered. Some of our items come with a 3 day, 7day, 30 day warranty, or 60 day please ask if unsure as some come with no warranty (as is items) Items returned for an exchange must be in the same condition as received, and in the same box. Orders being returned for an exchange is at the buyer expense, and we cover shipping the replacement back to you by the method we pick. You will be issued a RMA# and that # must be written on the packing slip. We will offer a exchange program only - we DO NOT offer returns for refunds if we stock the model you are returning. If a unit is found to be defective we will offer a exchange for the same model - NO REFUNDS if the item is stocked. A packing slip is shipped with ALL orders and must be kept, no exchanges/returns without that packing slip as that is your receipt. Any returns must be sent back by the buyer at his/her cost in the condition it was sent. Returns/Exchanges must be shipped back in the same box or boxes and packing materials sent in. All APPROVED returns/exchanges must be rec'd back within 30 days of SALE (END) date. 20% restocking fee or $10 cancel fee on all returns or not sent back in the manner stated above. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Any order that had free shipping and had to be returned for a refund and found to be in working order will have a -$10 fee applied to the refund for canceling a order. If your item is damaged in shiment you would have to contact the carrier that delivered your package to file a claim. We do not cover/replace/refund damaged item is insurance is not paid for. Shipping back returns & exchanges to the seller is at the buyers expense... there will be no reimbursement. We will not cover any fees paid by the buyer to cover shipping, activate COSTS, downloads, etc. that can't be used after we do an exchange on a cell phone. There is no refunds on ebooks or products sent by email. There are no refunds/exchanges for purchases after 30 days of purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS! If a order has to be cancelled for any reason by the buyer a $10 cancellation fee will be charged. This is to cover labor to cancel the sale and ebay fees charged to us. This includes orders that are returned due to the customer does not want, need the item, or is willing to take an exchange of the product. Example, item bought as a gift and doesn't want, or it is the wrong size or color or just do not want or do not understand the condition of the unit, etc. If a item is returned there will be an either a 20% restocking fee or a $10 cancel fee. Up to the seller to apply the $10 fee or the 20% depending on the return. This policy applies to all orders - no exceptions. If an order is damaged in the shipping process and the shipping insurance is not paid for by the buyer we will not cover a replacement or take back the order as a return. If the insurance option is taken and paid for and the order is damaged in shipping we will either replace the order or issue a refund of the purchase price only, s/h is not covered in the insurance. Orders that are returned for an exchange will usually be processed within 3 business days of checking them in to our location. Any unit that is replaced under the warranty we offer will be covered only until the current warranty is offered. After the warranty expires we can not cover the replacement. There are no refunds until the order is rec'd back to us complete and in same condition sent. Do not request a signature or insure if the exchange is sent by USPS because we do not sign for packages - and we do not go to the post office or UPS to pick them up either - must be delivered to us. We hold the right to sell to the 1st buyer to pay. If a auction has closed and we get no reply as to how the item will be paid within 48 hours we will sell it to the next bidder. The only shipping we do on Mondays is for UPS 2nd & Next day - no USPS shipping on Monday. All of our polices are clearly stated, so if you do not agree with any of them please do not bid. Your bid is your agreement to follow all of our policies.
Any pictures in the ebay ad you are looking at are only examples/samples only - the actual unit you get may look different in certain ways. (examples are colors maybe different , carrier names and model names may or may not be the same or removed as pictured, condition of the unit, etc)
Any item sold with a manufacturer warranty and found to be defective has to contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Seller does not cover items with a manufacturer warranty. Items sold "as is" can not be returned! Items that are new never used, sealed or Sealed Brand new from the manufacturer can not be returned. We do not do returns/refunds for conditions of the units you rec'd if they are used or refurbished - used and refurbished units may have blemishes on them. If you want to trade it towards another s/h would have to be paid at buyers cost. Email us to discuss this option. We can not guarantee Activation on certain model cellphone orders, as this is a issue with the service provider and the service provider MUST be contacted for service or Activation problems as we do not sell cellphone plans or service. Please contact the service provider to make sure the model phone you are ordering can be activated with the service they provide or sim card you have and the features listed with the unit work on their service, as we can not take back any cellphone once it has been activated. For shipping insurance claims: For lost parcels, you must wait 21 days domestic and 45 days for International shipments to file a claim.
We cannot guarantee the life on ANY batteries included with products. Items with rechargeable batteries may need to be fully charged before initial use.

We will not be held liable for phones that are purchased and not activated before Jan. 1st 2006 that do not have the GPS 911 feature on them. This means if your provider refuses to activate them we will NOT issue a EXCHNAGE. We will only accept a cellphone in for a exchange if the esn # matches the esn # on the box. This means you will have to have the box that had the esn # printed on the side of it and the unit returned.(matching ESN #'s OR Serial #) NO box NO return! The phone must be in the same condition as we sent it to you... meaning no cracks, bite marks, chips, etc. Restocking fees apply to all returns.
Some of the phones we sell are company branded and are unlocked - this means the phone was made for one carrier and unlocked to use on other carriers also. We do not guarantee all the features of the phone will work on your carrier. There will be no refunds for this type of unit - credit towards another model we sell or a return minus a $10 cancel fee.
We offer exchanges only. NO REFUNDS The only way a refund will be issued is if we are out of the model you are returning. If you are returning the item due to the condition of the item (which is not covered by our warranty) then a $10 processing fee to cover shipping would have to be paid. You may return a item for a credit on another item we carry. The credit you would get would be on your purchase price (s/h is not included). Then the credit would be applied to a item in our ebay store at the item's Buy It Now price, not an item you re bid on and won. We ONLY apply credits towards buy it now prices, do not rebid on the new item you won as you would still have to pay full buy it now price. Credits are good for a period of 30 days after we confirm the return is rec'd back to us. Restocking fees apply to all returns.
At any time that a package we shipped to the buyer is either refused or shipped back as undeliverable we reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund the funds of the PURCHASE PRICE only and apply a 20% cancel/return fee. We will usually give the option to the buyer to have the order reshipped at their expense, we will NOT reship a returned order at our expense. Also we do not refund s/h charges.
Buyer issuing any threats to us by phone, email or letter will be reported to Ebay, your and our local authorizes and then blocked from ordering and emailing us again.
Some of the products we sell are reconditioned and we will not be held liable for the reconditioning done to these products as we do not service or recondition them. The reconditioning is done by an authorized source. There is at times that some product may not be reconditioned to it's fullest(defective out of the box) so it will be replaced for you under the warranty we offer. That is why we offer replacement warranties. Some used units we sell will have past owners information, including, emails, texts, pictures, contacts, etc. We are not liable for the content that is left on the unit you get. Please delete all past history of the unit before using/giving away/selling. Due to timing issues we can't delete all past history for the units we sell and it is your reasonability as the new owner to do so.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS S/H EVER REFUNDABLE! OUR PAYMENT POLICY IS FIRST ONE TO PAY GETS THE PRODUCT. WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATE PAYMENTS - WE WILL OFFER THE PRODUCT TO THE NEXT BIDDER IF YOU DO NOT REPLY WITHIN 2 DAYS WITH A PAYMENT METHOD.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS FOR CELL PHONES THAT CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED DUE TO THE BUYERS CARRIERS CELL PHONE PLAN. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO CHECK WITH THEIR CARRIER FOR THE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO USE THEIR PHONE ON THEIR PLAN. THIS INCLUDES ALL CELL PHONES , GSM, CDMA, ETC. IF YOU RETURN A ORDER DUE TO THIS THERE WILL BE A RESTOCKING/CANCEL FEE APPLIED NO EXEMPTIONS!
We leave feedback after we see you are happy with your order and leave us positive feedback. Any feedback rec'd other than positive and we will try to work the issue you have out as we only leave positive and negative feedback (no neu) are left. So this may mean both the seller and buyer having the feedback removed.

Seller is not liable for any misuse, or illegal actions taken with the products that are ordered.
