| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If by chance the item is not as I described or in some other way misrepresented, simply return it and I will provide a refund for the purchase price or auction price. Shipping is excluded unless the item was grossly misrepresented which is doubtful. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Absolutely, I keep the shipping down as low as we can go. In fact there are many times that you will see that we paid more to ship the item than we collected especially on overseas items. I offer a flat rate shipping quote, no guessing and no zip codes and weight. Many sellers prefer the shipping calculator so they can add hidden fees. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship alll of our orders within 48hrs. My wife ships on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping is usually the actual shipping and the handling charge is a few pennies for the bubble mailers, tape, etc. All of our items require the additional 20 cents non-machinable fee per the post office. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We have shipped to almost every country out there without a problem. |
| Q:What method of shipping do you use? |
|
| A:Everything we ship goes through the U.S. Post Office. Almost 95% of all items that are going overseas are shipped via Airmail. Very rarely do we use surface and never without discussing it with you first. |
| Q:How does Free Shipping Work? |

| A:If we are offering a Free Shipping special it usually means you will need to spend a certain dollar amount in either the store or at auction. We will invoice you with a corrected invoice showing no shipping charges. |
| Q:Is A 4 STAR Rating a Bad Mark? |
|
| A:On Ebay it is. Anything less than a 5 Star mark is considered bad. If a sellers rating drops to 4.5 out of 5 then his or her store is shut down. |
| Q:Do I have to leave a 5 Star Rating? |
|
| A:Absolutely not but if somebody was going to leave me 4 star rating I would ask that they not leave a mark at all. |
