Q: Do you combine shipping? |

A: Yes! You will get the cheapest combined shipping if you contact me BEFORE making payment. eBay should automatically combine at $2 per each additional item, but I will most likely charge less once I look at the buyer, weight of items, and shipping distance. The maximum we charge for Priority Mail shipping to the US is $14.95

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

A: I ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment - so you will USUALLY receive your item in less than 1 week! Priority Mail withing the US is normally 2-3 days. First Class Mail can vary - so please check your options when making payment.
I can offer overnight shipping for an additional charge. Just email or call us.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

A: We have a fixed price shipping charge listed in each auction or store listing because we pay someone else to do our shipping for us - however, we do make exceptions or take requests for different or expedited methods.
You will find we are very reasonable and combine shipping for more than 1 item purchase. Usually there is a $1-2 handling charge. Maximum charge for large orders via Priority Mail to the US is $14.95 - please contact us to fix your invoice if it does not compute properly.

A: Yes - Buyers must contact me for a quote on shipping options

Q: How does your layaway plan work? |
 |
 |
A: Please call 803-802-3666 or email to tell me what items you'd like to put on layaway. I'll send an invoice for 20% down-payment. After that - pay at least once per month. If paid off in 30 days or less - you pay no fee. After 30 days, you pay a $5 fee per month - no matter how many items.

Q: Are you a Carlisle or Etcetera Consultant? |

A: No - I am not a consultant, and therefore cannot get the current season's merchandise.

Q: If you're not a consultant - are these clothes authentic? |

A: YES - I guarantee that the clothing I sell is authentic. The reason I can offer it at such deliciously low prices is because it is from last year's collections or later. It usually has to be about 3 seasons past before I can order it.

Q: Do you take requests for certain merchandise? |
 |
 |
A: I cannot guarantee that any certain piece from a collection will not be sold out - but I can take requests to be placed with my next order - however, if I make a SPECIAL ORDER - the price might be a little higher than the pieces I already purchased in bulk. It could also be lower - but I get better discounts when I buy in large quantities. |
