How do I Calculate and find out what my Shipping Charges are?

On most of my listings, I use a shipping calculator provided by eBay that calculates your shipping costs based on your zip code. To use the calculator, you will notice a link labeled "Calculate shipping costs" found above where the Description starts. Just click this link and then type in your zip code. It will then bring up a list of shipping services and their prices. It's entirely up to you which one to choose once you are ready to purchase and check out. You can also scroll down to the Shipping, payment details and return policy section of the listing and type in your zip code under Calculate shipping located on the right side of the page and click the Calculate button.

I noticed you are a Trading Assistant; what does that mean?

What do the different grit ratings mean?

The different grit ratings distinguish how coarse or fine the file is. For example, I sell a Dark/Light Blue 120/240 grit file which means that one side of the file is 120 grit and the other side is 240 grit. How it works is that 80 grit is the coarsest grit rating and then it goes up from there. So 120 grit is not as coarse as 80 grit and 240 grit is not as coarse as 120 grit. Depending on how you use the files determines which grit rating will suit you best.

When should I expect my order to ship out?

If I receive payment by 5:00 pm MST, more then likely your item will ship out that same day. BJ's Professional Nail Care is known for lightning fast shipping according to the many customers who have experienced it.

Do you have a Return Policy?

Yes I do. My return policy is pretty simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let me know and I will do the best I can to make this a successful and happy transaction for you. That's it!!

What is your policy on Feedback and when do you leave it?

The best way I can think of to effectively leave and in return receive feedback is this: once you receive your package in satisfactory condition, please notify me by e-mail that it arrived and all is well. I will always leave a feedback response upon completion of your transaction; meaning when I know you have received your package and the transaction was successful.
