Of course we have,most of our items have different color,and our clip-in hair extensions have two size:20" and 26" length,you can visit our ebay-store to pick the items you like,or we can make a suggestion for you if you can kindly send us a message.

2.Can I straighten&curl all your items?Can I dye them?
All synthetic wigs and clip-on hair extensions(hair pieces) can't be straightened,curled or dyed.All synthetic clip in hair extensions and human hair extensions can be straightened or curled,the temperature should be controled at 150-180 degrees,but we don't suggest any buyer to do that without any experience,and pls don't straightened or curled the synthetic hair extensions frequently.Only human hair products can be dyed.

4. How long does the delivery take?
We use Hong Kong Air Mail shipping method usually,it takes 10-20 business days usually to USA,UK,Canada,Australia,about other countrys like Italy,France,Sweden,
Czech Republic,Russia,Esthonia,Roumania,Netherlands,Finland,New Zealand,Norway,Hungary,Austria etc,Hong Kong Air Mail needs more longer time to arrive,because there's not many flights to those countrys,and the shipping time depends on the shipping process of our local Post Office and the buyer's local Post Office and Customs,so we just can say it may arrive within 25 business days usually.And we don't ship any package at weekend(Sat&Sun) and other China Public Holidays because Post Office off duty,we'll send you an ebay message or email to inform you about the time-delay if your pay date is holidays,hope you can kindly understand and trust us that we absolutely will send your order out asap.

5. Does my parcel have a tracking number?
We use HongKong Air Mail shipping method(free shipping) for all items usually,No tracking number service.When your package arrive in your location,your local Post Office will leave you a notice card/paper in your mail bos,so pls check your mail box frequently. Human hair extensions order offer a tracking number service.

Shop Policy Questions
1. What is your shop Policy?Can I return or refund?
If you don't satisfy with the item,we can allow you to return the item for exchanging,but you must contact us first and tell us the detailed reason,any buyer can't return any package without our agreement.We'll give you a return address,the return address is different from the address on your received package.You need to confirm the returned item in new condition with tags,never used.The return postage is your responsibility.
If you don't satisfy with the item and don't like to exchange,you also can return the item for a refund.But we will refund you just 70% of the final transaction price,the rest 30% will still be charged for administration,restocking and handing cost. Pls notice again,just 70% of the final transaction price can be refunded,and the return postage is your responsibility.
