| A:All items sold are as-is. We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the listing. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the item within 10 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. |

| A:Yes, we offer a $2.00 discount per additional item. |

| A:Your purchase will ship within 3-4 business days of the auction's close. All items are shipped via UPS ground or, in the case destinations outside the US, USPS Global Express Mail. | Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Auction Inn charges a $4.00 handling fee per item. If the item is shipped freight we have a $40.00 palletization fee. The handling charge helps support our WORKABLE Job Training Program with The Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, Auction Inn ships internationally,but only via USPS Global Express Mail. This is the only method that allows us to track an item to its final destination. |
| Q:What form of payment will you accept? |

| A:Pay with your credit card through PayPal. Money orders also accepted. Sorry but we don't accept personal checks. |
| Q:Do I have to pay sales tax? |

| A:All Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6.0% sales tax during the Checkout process. Use the Checkout button below to complete the order, or wait to receive an email invoice at auction's close with checkout instructions. |
| Q:How long do have to pay after the auction has ended? |

| A:Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. |
