Alive and Aware Natural Health cares about the environment. That is why every material we use is as friendly to the environment as possible. Our boxes that we ship in are recycled, except for when we reuse them. Our printing paper is 100% post-consumer recycled material. All the packaging material we purchase is completely compostable and bio-degradable. If you find Styrofoam peanuts it is because we are reusing them from packages we have received. We strive to have as little as an impact on the environment as humanly possible, while still providing the consumer with excellent products and customer service.
Please submit payment within 5 days of ordering a product. Positive feedback will be left if payment is submitted in a timely manner. We combine all shipping costs, so please request an invoice when ordering two or more items before submitting payment. We accept Paypal, money order, and cashier's and personal checks. Money orders and checks should be made out to Alive and Aware. We also accept Visa/Mastercard. We accept all unopened returns within 30 days of the date received. 100% of the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping fees will not. Always contact us first before returning an item. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you need your package right away contact us. Please allow 10-21 days for parcel post and 3-5 days for priority mail. Express mail orders placed before 12:00 MST will arrive the next day, although there are some locations that cannot recieve overnight shipping.
We ship anywhere worldwide. If you are out of the US please request a quote on shipping before paying for your order.
