Q. Why my parcel is delayed
A. 1. May be you missed the delivery from your Post Office, the parcel will be sent back to the Post Office as no signature on the delviery note. You will be notified by the Post Office and you must pick up the parcel from the Post Office
2. May be the address is incorrect.
