Exchanges/Repairs
You must e-mail us (ebay@audiosavings.com) and receive return instructions if you receive a defective item or if any item needs to be repaired under the warranty period. We will have the item exchanged or repaired for you free of charge.
The item must be in the original packaging with all the accessories included.  We reserve the right to have the unit exchanged or repaired at our discretion.  Our warranty will not cover blown voice coils, or speakers with punctured surrounds.  This is considered physical damage and is not covered by a manufacturer warranty, or by our warranty. 

Return for Refund
You must e-mail us (ebay@audiosavings.com) and receive an RMA number, before returning. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied in order to return an item for a refund.  Shipping costs are not refundable Item must not be used, and must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, within 10 days of the time you receive the item. (Items sold with "free shipping promotions" will have the shipping cost deducted prior to the 15% restocking fee)

For all returns, customer is responsible to ship item back, and return shipping back to customer will be free.

• After your item is shipped we will send you a tracking number immediately.

• We ship to PO Box or APO Addresses for an additional $12.00 fee

• Shipments to HI, AK, PR will be done through 2nd day air shipping. For shipping quotes to HI, AK, PR, please refer to the "expedited flat rate shipping" method on the bottom of the auction.

• Canada Shipping: All shipping to Canada will receive lightning quick 2-3 day DHL air delivery and brokerage will be prepaid, saving you a lot of money! Click here for details.

• Other International Shipping:  All other international shipping will receive lightning quick 2-5 day Fedex air delivery with a tracking number!  Click here for details.  All international customers outside the US and Canada should pay by paypal only.  Credit cards can be accepted also. (For International Customers only:  Please be advised that for 120 Volt product, you will need a step-down transformer available by clicking here.)  Car products will work without the transformer.

• Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. We use a third party insurance company, and insurance will cover lost or damaged products.

• Overnight Shipping:  Please refer to the shipping quote on bottom of the listing labeled "Overnight Flat Rate Shipping Service".  There is no Saturday delivery, it takes 1 business day to arrive.  Pay by 1:00 PM EST and we will ship same day.

• 2nd Day shipping: Please refer to the shipping quote on bottom of the listing labeled "Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Service".  There is no Saturday delivery, it takes 2 business days to arrive.  Pay by 1:00 PM EST and we will ship same day.
