Emails: Got Questions? Email us through eBay or directly at super-saver@comcast.net. We answer all emails in a timely manner - usually within 24 hours.

Returns/Refunds: All Sales Are Final. For Personalized Products: If we make an error we will send a new order immediately upon receiving your notification. If error is made by you, we will reprint your order, but unfortunately we will have to charge you again. For Non-Personalized Products: If we misrepresent item in our listing, we will issue a full refund as long as item is returned to us in same condition as originally sent.

Payment: We accept PayPal only. Payment is due within 5 days of purchase date.

Proofs: Some items may require proof approval prior to processing. We also give you the option to request a proof on items that do not require one. For items that either require a proof or one has been requested, we will email proof of your personalized design to you for approval prior to printing, within 2 business days of cleared payment and personalization instructions. Please contact us if proof email is not received within this time frame. Be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK email folder as our email may show up there.

Processing/Shipping: For Personalized Products: Your order will be printed and shipped within 3-5 business days from date of cleared payment and/or proof approval if required or requested. For Other Products: Usually ship within 5 business days from cleared payment date. We do NOT process orders on weekends or holidays.

Matching Items: If you need a design that is shown in a different format, please click on the Choose YOUR Design category for special listings that will allow you to purchase any design in any format we currently sell.
