We offer a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee on most items. You must contact us for instructions before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. The purchaser is responsible for all delivery costs, as well as all costs for returning merchandise. If your item is damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will repair or send replacement parts/items. This policy does not apply to stoves that have been installed and fired or to any structures that have been delivered to and/or erected at the customers site. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any items under the following cases:
• the item was originally purchased with free shipping.
• the item is returned without it's original packaging. |

Our normal hours for picking up items won on eBay are restricted to Wednesday-Saturday between 10am and 2pm. An additional handling fee may be applied for picking up outside of those hours. If you are unable to pick up during these times, please contact us to schedule an alternate window of time at no charge. Unscheduled pick ups outside of our normal hours may be subject to a surcharge. | |
